...but our team can help you over the hurdles.

We consider ourselves to be your "intellectual property coach" and business assistant, not just someone you call in a bind - but we can try to help you there as well!

Bernard S.  "Ben" Klosowski, Jr. graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served in the United States Navy flying with various patrol squadrons.  During his Naval Aviation years, Ben was involved in specialized acoustic and electro-optics programs.  These led him to become an engineering center manager after the Navy in which he was reponsible for various electro-optics and computer systems programs and projects.

Following his time as an engineering center manager and program manager, Ben became an intellecual property attorney.  Ben has written and obtained hundreds of U.S. and international patent applications and provided dozens of infringement, invalidity, clearance, and patentability opinions for his clients, which range from solo inventors to Fortune 500 companies.  Ben has also provided dozens of trademark clearance and registrability opinions and obtained many U.S. Trademark Registrations as well as international trademark registrations via the Madrid Protocol.

Ben has litigated patents, trademarks, and copyrights in U.S. courts and in administrative tribunals such as the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (and its predecessor, the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences).

Ben's experience across all forms of intellectual property and in service to many different clients help us understand the needs of each client.  Just as intellectual property is unique, so are our clients and their needs.  One size does not fit all, which is particularly true of intellectual property services.
